Rihanna Gives Birth, Welcomes Baby No. 3 With A$AP Rocky

For A$AP Rocky and Rihanna, things are just too good.

The "Umbrella" artist and "HIGHJACK" rapper, who already have RZA, 3, and Riot, 2, as a child, had a baby named Rocki Irish Mayers on Sept. 13, Rihanna announced on Instagram Sept. 24.

The three-time mom shared a photo of herself cradling the newborn, wrapped in a pink blanket. She also shared a photo of pink boxing gloves with ribbon ties.

Before the latest addition to Rihanna, 37, and A$AP, 36, the singer disclosed that they are not the only couple in the universe thrilled about their growing family. To a question of how both of their kids feel about having another sibling while attending the Smurfs premiere in Los Angeles in July, Rihanna, who provides the voice of Smurfette, disclosed to Extra, "They're delighted."

And as for if A$AP and Rihanna were thinking about having another son or daughter this time around, the "Stay" songstress admitted that she's "always wanted a girl," but was perfectly clear that she'll be happy when her baby arrives regardless.

"God knows best, right?" she continued. "And I love my boys."

Rihanna announced she was having the couple's third child in May with a photo by photographer Miles Diggs ahead of properly debuting her bump at the 2025 Met Gala, where A$AP served as a co-chair.

"It feels good, you know?" A$AP disclosed to the Associated Press at the time of becoming a father for the third time. "We was tired of having that around our necks, and we was ready to let people know what we was working on. I'm glad everyone's glad for us, because we're definitely happy."

Oh my God, it's mythical," Rihanna added to motherhood. "It's everything. You literally don't even recall life before, that is just insane. You actually try to recall it–and there are pictures of my life before–but the sensation, the wants, the things that you like, everything, you just simply don't connect with it because you don't even let yourself mentally get that far, because…Because it doesn't matter."

And A$AP, similarly thrilled about this new chapter of fatherhood.

"It's so inexplicable," the rapper behind "Everyday" told Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1 radio back in January 2023. "It's just one of those things. I'm part of our club now, like the dad club. You see a dad, you see me. I'm playing on, I'm a full dad now."

You return home to heaven daily," he went on. "I'm so grateful. God is good, man."
